Long Covid

While the term “long COVID”, or long haulers COVID is still relatively new, the condition itself is not. In fact, long COVID has likely been around for as long as the Covid-19 infection itself. However, it was only recently that medical professionals and scientists began to take notice of and study the condition. This is likely due to the surge in cases that occurred during the 2020 pandemic.
