About Dr. Rizvi

After completing her residency in Internal Medicine from Canton, Ohio, she worked as an Internal Medicine core Faculty at UCSF Fresno, and then at Saint Agnes Medical Center in Fresno, California. She was part of multiple committees at Saint Agnes including IRB committee, GME Research Committee, Point-of-care Ultrasound curriculum committee and CME committee.

 

During her career as Internal Medicine Faculty she developed special interest in pulmonary diseases especially Pulmonary Hypertension. She has done multiple research projects in pulmonary diseases and has presented her research at multiple conferences. During the Covid surge she volunteered to help in the ICU which strengthened her decision to pursue her career in Pulmonary Medicine.
